You may still qualify for this program. Whether you are looking to upgrade from an older CBCT machine or add a second machine to your practice(s), our partners will remove your existing machine(if needed) and install the new CBCT machine from DentalRay.
If deemed necessary, you will only pay for construction or electrical upgrades needed to the installation site in order to install the CBCT machine.
Shipping and installation are paid for by DentalRay.
The partnership agreement grants you 1200 non-expiring CBCT reviews from DentalRay over the five-year term. This equates to roughly 20 reports and a cost of $1640.00 per month. This agreement ensures that DentalRay will review all of your CBCT scans for medical pathology, protecting your practice from liability claims.
The monthly subscription cost remains the same. If you have not exhausted all 1200 reports when the term expires, the remaining reports will remain redeemable.
The monthly subscription cost remains the same. The extra reports, however, will count towards the 1200 total.
If you have exhausted all 1200 reports before the end of the term, you will then pay for every report returned on top of the monthly subscription cost for the remainder of the term.
Once the term is completed, and all 1200 report credits have been redeemed, you can choose to continue sending us your CBCT scans for review as a normal DentalRay account and pay only for reports returned at standard service cost.
During the course of the 5-year term, the CBCT machine will still be the property of DentalRay, Inc.
After the term is complete, you will have the option to purchase the machine for an inconsequential transaction fee.
The machine comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty. If anything should go wrong, DentalRay will repair the machine so long as it falls under the warranty parameters.
You will be responsible for following the policies and procedures outlined by the equipment manufacturer for maintaining the CBCT Machine in proper working order.
Our team will help you ensure your room is ready for the CBCT machine. This includes minimum dimensions, access, and electrical requirements (a 240V electrical plug is required).
Timing for shipping depends on when you order and whether we have enough machines in stock at the time, as we receive shipments in batches. We install the machines on a first come first served basis (after a signed agreement and approved credit check).
DentalRay will install and set up the machine through our exclusive distribution partner. Installation is typically completed in less than a day. Additional time may be required if we are also removing an existing CBCT machine.
The program includes one full day of training to cover how to use the machine, different use cases with the machine, the CBCT software, and the DentalRay platform.
